In Italy is an old and common tradition to make frittata with pasta, we are excited to bring these recipes to you, every frittata is made with 2 organic free-run eggs, home-made pasta, salt and pepper and it comes with 3 different toppings

1-Smoked Salmon Frittata

Served with wild smoked sockeye salmon and a blend of capers and fresh herbs sauce, topped with fresh arugula salad and D.O.P. parmesan 20

2-Prosciutto Frittata

Served with wild D.O.P. prosciutto, topped with fresh arugula salad and D.O.P. parmesan 20

3-Mushroom melange frittata

Served with in house made creamy mixed mushroom sauce, topped with fresh arugula salad and D.O.P. parmesan 22
